Delivery Times

BAGS
All Bags (inc handmade bags) - despatched within 1-3 days max

JEWELLERY
Handmde Jewellery - despatched 14 - 21 days of order (or see URGENT ORDERS)
Other Jewellery - desptached within 1-3 days of ordering

HAIR ACCESSORIES
One-off Side Tiaras - 'one-off' items are already made and ready to despatch immediately
Handmade Hair Accessories - despatched 14 - 21 days of order (or see URGENT ORDERS)

OTHER ACCESSORIES
Stoles - despatched within 1-3 days
Garters & Sashes - these are handmade and will be despatched within 7-12 days (or see URGENT ORDERS)

 

Urgent Orders

If you need an item urgently, we are sometimes able to offer a fast-track service. Please contact catjmee@hotmail.com with your required delivery time and we'll do our best to help.

 

Postage

All items are sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery and will need to be signed for. If you require faster delivery items can be sent by Priority Mail which means they will be delivered before 1pm the following day. Please email catjmee@hotmail.com for further info.

Items can be despatched outside of the UK. Please email us in order to check postage costs.

 

Normal Returns

It's your big day so we completely understand if something just isn't quite right.
Items bought to the same specification (as pictured / listed) on the site are fully refundable. Please return with original packaging within 7 working days of receipt,. Postage costs will not be refunded.

Bespoke Orders

Any bespoke orders are not fully refundable. However, a 50% discount is offered for returned/unwanted goods of this nature. All items ordered as displayed on the website are fully refundable (excluding postage costs) as long as returned with original packaging and labels within 7 days of receiving your order.
