Delivery & Postage

DELAYS DUE TO STRIKE ACTION
Please be aware that due to recent Royal Mail strikes there are delays with delivery. Currently, first class post can take over 1 week to deliver and Royal Mail will not accept this as late until it is delayed by over 15 days.

If your order is urgent or a guarnateed delivery date is required then I would urge you pay an additionl £2.50 for 'Priority Mail Delivery'. This service is supposed to be guaranteed for next day delivery before 1pm - however, although this service should not be delayed by strike action, Royal Mail state that in rare cases this can take a maximum of 2 days.

All handmade items are made to order and therefore take approx 3-4 weeks to deliver from the time of order. Items that are not handmade will be despatched within 2-3 days of ordering. If you have a more urgent requirement please contact me as it may be possible to fast track your order.

All items are sent by Royal Mail First Class recorded delivery and will need to be signed for. If you require faster delivery items can be sent by Priority Mail which means they will be delivered before 1pm the following day.

Items are currently only despatched within the UK. If you are outside of the UK and wish to place an order please contact me in order to check postage costs.

Returns

Items bought to the same specification (as pictured / listed) on the site are fully refundable if returned with original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Postage costs will not be refunded.

All bespoke items (items made with specific colours, sizes, styles etc) are not fully refundable. However, a 50% discount is offered for returned/unwanted goods of this nature. All items ordered as displayed on the website are fully refundable (excluding postage costs) as long as returned with original packaging and labels within 10 days of receiving your order.
